When you add all of these up over the course of the day, they could be enough to wreak havoc on your diet.

There are many sites online that have huge lists of many food sand the amount of carbs that they contain, which is a great resources and easy to access. But, you will not always have access to the Internet when you need it, so it is also a good idea to find a carbohydrate counter in book form that you can keep in your purse or in your car.
