About Us

Here at Sugar Sensitive we have tried all of the diets that promote the restriction of carbohydrates in the diet. There is new information that is coming to light almost daily and if you are one of the many on a low carb diet or considering one, it is important to stay abreast of the latest information as it may pertain to you.

There is still a lot of research that needs to be done on the subject of a low carb diet, especially the long term effects of the diet on, say, the condition of the heart. Because of the fact that so many millions of people are on a low carb diet, many researchers and medical facilities are motivated to find out more. This is all to our benefit as we are eager to find out more about both the advantages as well as the disadvantages that go along with a low carb diet.
